So I stink at the whole blog thing.

Most people update their blog once a day at minimum. Looks like mine will be lucky to get once a month LOL!

Hope everyone had a great September! I'm looking forward to October. I LOVE Halloween!! Getting to see all the cute little kiddos dressed up and such is always such a treat :)

My first blog post.. ever!

I'm totally new to this whole blog thing, so if anyone ever reads this I hope you're not bored to tears!

As I said in my "about me" section, I love to travel! I'm a mom with an empty nest. I'm also a widow, so nothing really tying me to my house. Of course I have my memories, but I can take them with me, no matter how long the trip is or where it takes me :)

My usual travel includes going once a month to see my kids. Sometimes when it's time for them to go on vacation, they invite me to go along just for the heck of it.
